Roadmap
The intended sequence of work. Dates are deliberately omitted because delivery depends on legal, verification and authorization steps that are outside the project's unilateral control.
Stage 1 — Foundation
Requirements, architecture, design system, public website in English, Spanish and Italian, waitlist and the underlying asset data model. Substantially in place.
Stage 2 — Registry and infrastructure
Asset registry, Digital Asset Passports, backend API, administrative console, KYC and compliance case management, and a configurable ERC-20 suite tested on a public testnet. In progress.
Stage 3 — Verification and structure
Independent laboratory verification, custody and insurance arrangements, finalization of the Swiss corporate structure, token classification, and appointment of an attestor for reserve reporting. Dependent on owner decisions and third-party engagement.
Stage 4 — Independent assurance
Independent smart-contract audit and penetration test, remediation, and acceptance testing. This stage is a gate: nothing beyond it proceeds until it is complete.
Stage 5 — Authorized activation
Any mainnet deployment, token generation event, activation of purchase, proof-of-reserves publication or redemption would occur only after stage 4 is complete and written authorization has been given. No date is committed to for this stage.
