Building the Infrastructure for Tokenized Industrial Metals
ReserveChain is developing an institutional platform intended to connect documented industrial-metal assets with digital tokenization, verification, custody and physical-redemption infrastructure. The corporate, legal, custody, asset-verification and technical arrangements are currently being finalized.
Swiss corporate and issuance structure in development.
Institutional infrastructure, not a token launch
ReserveChain is building the documentation, verification and reconciliation layer that would need to exist before an industrial-metal reserve could credibly be represented on-chain. Evidence first; tokens only if and when the structure supports them.
What it is
What it is not
Who it serves
From documented lot to intended redemption
Six stages, each gated on evidence being supplied and approved before the next begins.
- 01
Document & register
Lots recorded at container and coil level with certificates, ownership, custody and valuation records.
- 02
Verify independently
Laboratory analysis, inspection and documentary review by parties independent of ReserveChain.
- 03
Custody & insure
Verified lots held under a documented custody agreement with warehouse receipts and insurance.
- 04
Reconcile reserves
Physical inventory reconciled against any issued supply, traceable to approved source documents.
- 05
Tokenize (planned)
Configurable ERC-20 built and tested on testnet; mainnet only after audit and written authorization.
- 06
Redeem (intended)
Eligible holders could request delivery of identified units, subject to screening and logistics.
High-purity copper powder
Documented at container level: composition, particle size distribution, morphology, density, oxygen and moisture content, packaging and seal condition. All values illustrative pending verification.
High-purity nickel wire
Documented at coil level: composition, wire diameter and tolerance, coil length and weight, surface finish, temper and tensile properties. All values illustrative pending verification.
One record per physical unit
Each container and coil is modelled with its own identifier, document set and status — the basis for unit-level reconciliation and, if ever activated, unit-level redemption.
This is a sample record. Every evidence-backed field is shown as pending rather than populated with a provisional figure.
Evidence before publication
Purity, weight, ownership, custody and reserve claims stay unpublished until supporting evidence has been received, reviewed and approved.
- Chemical composition and purity determined by an accredited laboratory
- Physical characteristics measured per program: particle size for powder, diameter and temper for wire
- Batch, container and coil identifiers reconciled against supporting documentation
- Verification performed by parties independent of ReserveChain
Documented storage and insurance
Verified lots are intended to be held in third-party facilities under a documented custody agreement, with receipts issued per unit.
- Warehouse receipt for each container or coil
- Storage location, conditions, seal numbers and integrity checks
- Insurance cover, insurer and policy period
- No custodian, warehouse operator or insurer has been appointed
Reconciliation, not assertion
A reserve-reporting module is built so that physical inventory and any issued supply can be reconciled from approved source records.
- Supply breakdown: issued, circulating, treasury, locked, burned, redeemed
- Coverage ratio derived from approved reserve value, never entered manually
- Discrepancies are reported as exceptions; balances are never adjusted automatically
- No figures are published, and no attestor has been appointed
Swiss structure in development
The issuing entity, its governance and its regulatory position are not finalized, and no entity is presented here as the confirmed issuer.
- Token legal classification not yet determined
- No regulatory authorization is held or claimed
- Not directed at EU or EEA residents; not MiCA marketing
Configurable, and deliberately unset
An ERC-20 suite on Ethereum, built with OpenZeppelin components and administered through role-based access control, with multi-signature approval for privileged actions.
- Token name and symbol pending authorization
- No total or circulating supply; no tokens issued
- No ratio between tokens and physical units determined
- No contract address published; mainnet only after audit and written authorization
Built end to end, kept switched off
If ever activated, eligible holders could request physical delivery of identified containers or coils, subject to eligibility re-screening, maker-checker approval, token burn, custodian release and delivery tracking. No redemption right exists today.
For institutional counterparties
Services in development for asset owners, institutional counterparties and industrial buyers. None are currently contracted, priced or available.
- Asset documentation and registry onboarding
- Coordination of independent verification and inspection
- White-label tokenization infrastructure for other asset classes
Two enquiry routes
Holders of documented industrial-metal inventory can discuss registry onboarding. Industrial buyers can register a physical offtake requirement. Neither route offers commercial terms at this stage.
What could go wrong
The project is in development and may be delayed, materially changed, suspended or abandoned.
- Asset information is illustrative and unverified; independent analysis may not confirm it
- No custodian or insurer appointed; physical assets carry loss, damage and insolvency risk
- Smart contracts may contain defects; no independent audit has been completed
- No market, liquidity, price or ability to sell or redeem is offered or implied
What is published, and what is not
An index of project documentation showing what is published, what is in preparation and what depends on evidence not yet supplied. Documents that do not exist carry no download control.
Common questions
Can I buy a token now?
No. No token has been issued and none is offered or sold through this website. Any offer of a ReserveChain token is fraudulent.
What does joining the waitlist give me?
It registers your interest. It is not an investment, purchase, reservation, allocation or entitlement to any future offering.
Are the figures on this site real?
They are illustrative, drawn from preliminary documentation, and remain subject to verification, independent assessment and approval.
Is there a contract address?
None is published here. The contract suite runs on a public testnet only. Any address presented elsewhere should not be trusted.
Register your interest
Join the project waitlist to receive updates as the structure, verification and custody arrangements develop.
Registration of interest does not constitute an investment, token purchase, asset reservation, price reservation, allocation of tokens or entitlement to participate in any future offering.
Where the project actually stands
Stated plainly, so the stage of the project is not left to inference.
In development
- Swiss corporate and issuance structure
- Asset verification and laboratory documentation
- Custody, warehouse and insurance arrangements
- Independent smart-contract audit and penetration test
Not yet done
- No token issued; nothing deployed to mainnet
- No offering documentation exists
- No custodian, insurer, attestor or auditor appointed
- No regulatory authorization obtained or applied for
How to reach the project
General, asset-owner and industrial-buyer enquiries all run through the project's own forms. Verify any communication against the Official Channels Directory before acting on it.
There is no token sale
Projects at this stage are targeted by impersonation. ReserveChain will never ask you to do any of the following.
- Send cryptocurrency or any payment
- Connect a wallet or approve a transaction
- Share a seed phrase, private key or wallet password
- Act on a contract address, guaranteed return or countdown
