European Union and European Economic Area
This website is not directed at residents of the European Union or the European Economic Area. Nothing on it constitutes marketing, advertising or solicitation in respect of a crypto-asset under MiCA, and the project does not hold any authorization under that regime.
Sanctioned jurisdictions and persons
The project does not intend to make any future offering available to persons or entities in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to persons subject to applicable sanctions or asset-freezing measures.
Other restricted jurisdictions
A definitive list of permitted and restricted jurisdictions has not been established. It will be determined by the final legal structure and applicable regulatory advice, and published before any offering could take place.
Intended eligibility controls
The platform is built to support jurisdiction screening, country of residence, nationality and current-location checks, sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening, transfer restrictions and recordkeeping of eligibility decisions. These controls are implemented but inactive.
No circumvention
Any future eligibility rules must not be circumvented, including through the use of a nominee, an intermediary, a false declaration or technical means of concealing location. Attempts to do so would invalidate eligibility.
