Asset-Owner Enquiries
For producers, traders and holders of documented industrial-metal inventory who want to understand the intended onboarding process.
Intended onboarding process
Onboarding is designed as a documentation exercise first. Nothing is published about an asset until the supporting evidence has been reviewed and approved.
- Initial enquiry and description of the inventory
- Counterparty due diligence, including KYB and sanctions screening
- Submission of ownership, title and provenance documentation
- Independent laboratory analysis and physical inspection
- Custody, warehousing and insurance arrangements
- Registration in the asset registry with unit-level identifiers
- Digital Asset Passport issuance for each documented unit
What is required from an asset owner
Clear evidence of ownership and title, access for independent inspection and sampling, complete batch and unit identification, and a willingness to place inventory under a documented custody arrangement.
What is not offered
No purchase, financing, valuation guarantee, tokenization commitment or listing is offered. Registry onboarding does not create any obligation on either side to proceed to tokenization.
How to enquire
Submit an enquiry through the project waitlist form, indicating an asset-owner or originator interest. No commercial terms are offered at this stage.
